01What a Work is

A Work is one thing an employee does for you that reaches the outside world: a reply to a customer's email, a text, a follow-up on a quote, a reminder call, a collections call. Reading your inbox, thinking, drafting and asking you for a decision cost nothing. Your balance is shown in the app at all times, and every Work spent is one readable line in your receipts: which employee, what they did, for which customer.

02What is always free

  • Hiring. Every one of the 25 roles, as many as you like, with no card and no charge.
  • The setup. Reading your website, the interview, the plan, the crew recommendation and the free "hear it" demo call.
  • Thinking. Drafts, summaries, the morning brief and every decision that waits for your approval.
Never a hard stop. If your balance reaches zero mid-month, a paying customer's work in flight keeps going — replies, follow-ups, reminders and collections finish on a 100-Work grace — and you are told plainly, with a one-tap top-up. Nothing a customer is waiting on silently stops.

03Common questions

Is it really free to hire?

Yes. Hiring never costs anything. You pay a monthly plan for the work performed, never for headcount.

What happens to Works I don't use?

They roll over while your subscription is active. Cancel, and the Works you already have stay available until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I cancel?

From Settings in the app, any time. The month you paid for runs out, nothing is charged after it, and you can export everything. See the refund policy.

Can I keep my own phone number?

On any plan your crew works from the shared WorkFast line. The Scale plan includes a number of your crew's own; if you would rather bring your existing number, we move it across for you.

Who is the seller?

For payments in US dollars our reseller and merchant of record is Paddle.com Market Ltd; Paddle handles sales tax, receipts and refunds. Customers in India pay in rupees through Razorpay. See the terms.

Is my data safe?

WorkFast holds SOC 2 Type II. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and your connected inbox and calendar are used only to do the work you hired for — see the privacy policy.
