Watch it run on a real business.

No demo call, no sales deck. Give WorkFast your website. In about three minutes it reads the site, finds where the work leaks, writes the plan, hires the crew — free — and calls you so you hear them before there is a card field anywhere. These are the actual screens, on a sample business.

The first screen: one box for your website
1 · Your websiteOne box, no form.Type your website, your Google Maps link, or a line about the business.

The WorkFast workforce

One chief. Five departments. Twenty-five AI agents.

Your AI staff work like a real team. The Chief of Staff runs the floor: reads what comes in, decides who handles it, and reports back to you. Under the chief are five departments. Hiring any of the twenty-five costs nothing — you pay for the work they do.

WorkFast · your Chief of StaffRoutes every message to the right agent, escalates anything that needs a human, briefs you each morning, and keeps the crews from tripping over each other.

The future of work is here

Be ready for the change before it changes your business for you.

Nobody who got left behind was bad at their job. They were the same speed they had always been, on a road where everyone else sped up.

Everyone walked

The cart

Every business moved at the same speed. Being good at the work was enough to win it.

First mover

The bicycle

One shop bought one. They did three times the rounds in a day. Everyone else called it a gimmick.

The tipping point

The car

The livery stables didn’t lose to a better stable. They lost to a garage that opened down the street.

The map redrawn

The plane

Distance stopped protecting anyone. Your market got bigger — and so did everybody else’s.

You are here Right now

AI staff

Your competitor answers at 11:41pm in forty seconds. You answer Tuesday morning. The customer already booked.

The gap doesn’t stay a gap. It becomes the market.

Every quote nobody follows up on, every call that rings out, every invoice nobody chases — that’s not a small leak. It’s the head start you’re handing the shop down the road.

Welcome to the future of work

AI agents plus humans. Not instead of them.

The smartest thing an AI can do is know when to stop. Our agents pick up on tone, and when a message needs a real person, they hand it straight to you — with the whole conversation already loaded.

It reads the roomFrustration, urgency, grief, a complaint that’s really about something else. The agent scores tone on every message, not just keywords.
The handover is cleanYou get the thread, the history, and one line on why it came to you. No "as discussed with our assistant."
Some replies shouldn’t be automatedA refund after a bad job. A customer who’s just lost someone. Agents are told not to try — those come straight to you, every time.
And it learns your voiceWhat you write back becomes the model for what it drafts next. Six weeks in, most owners can’t tell which replies they wrote.

Marcus, it’s Dave — the owner. Three no-shows is on us, not you. I’m coming out myself tomorrow at 8, and there’s no charge for the visit. I’m sorry about your day off.4:19 PM · written by a human

The crew

Hire them one at a time, like people.

Each teammate has one job, a name, and the channels they work in. The Crew tab is a thread per employee, like a messaging app: give them work, ask what happened, see what needs you. Hiring is free — you can let anyone go just as easily.

Why not just a chatbot

Three things a widget can’t do.

It answers where they actually messageText, missed calls, web forms and email — not a bubble in the corner of a page nobody’s on at 11pm.
It finishes the jobBooks the slot, sends the payment link, updates the calendar. A conversation that ends in "someone will get back to you" isn’t help.
It comes back tomorrowFollow-up 2 of 3, invoice day 34, the review request two hours after the job closes. Persistence is the whole product.
Where they work

They work in the tools you already have.

Your staff sign in to the tools you already use. Nothing to move, nothing to rebuild, and no new dashboard to remember.

Before the price

What would it cost a person to do this?

Not the whole job — just the repetitive part. Following up on quotes, returning missed calls, chasing invoices, answering after hours. Put your own numbers in.

Chasing, calling back, reminding, replying after hours.
US admin and front-desk pay typically lands $18–28. Set yours.
Hiring costs nothing — you pay for the work they do.
A person doing itper month$2,441
WorkFast Aia typical month$99
$2,212 a month back in the business $26,544 a year

The person figure is 86.7 hours a month at $22, plus 28% for payroll tax, benefits, equipment and cover — the real cost of an hour, not the wage on the offer letter. It does not count recruiting, training, or the weeks a role sits open.

This is not a case for letting anyone go.

We built WorkFast for the work nobody was doing anyway — the quote nobody followed up on, the call that rang out at 11pm, the invoice sitting 34 days. That work wasn’t taken from a person. It was being lost.

Your people are why customers come back. Use the hours you get back to pay them better, send them home earlier, or put them on the work that actually needs a human — and when a message carries real feeling, our agents hand it to one.

Questions

The things everyone asks.

Is this just a chatbot on my website?

No. A chatbot waits on your site for someone to click it. WorkFast staff work in the channels your customers already use — text, missed calls, your inbox, your web forms — and they finish the job: booking the slot, sending the payment link, updating the calendar.

What does the report actually look at?

Only what’s publicly on your website: services, pricing pages, contact methods, response promises and booking flow. It doesn’t touch your inbox, phone or customer data unless you connect those after signing up, and it never messages your customers.

Will my customers know they’re talking to AI?

That’s your call, set per teammate. Most owners have staff introduce themselves by name as part of the business. Every conversation is visible to you, and anything a teammate is unsure about comes to you before it goes out.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

You set the guardrails: which decisions need approval, what a teammate can never promise, and the dollar amount above which everything routes to a human. Every message is logged and editable, and you can take over a thread mid-conversation.

Do I have to change the tools I use?

No. Your staff sign in to your existing inbox, calendar, invoicing and phone number. If something you rely on isn’t connected yet, tell us — most integrations take a few days.

How do I cancel?

One click in settings, effective at the end of the billing period. Your conversation history and customer data export as a file you keep.
